To book, download the attached booking form and send, along with your payment, to the address provided. Once we have received your form and payment, we will send you an email ticket and your place will be confirmed!

If, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend camp after we have received your payment, we will happily refund the full amount (minus postage costs) provided you let us know by Saturday 23 August 2008.

See you in August!

Dan /|\

I plan to arrive before midday on the Friday until the Sunday afternoon.
I'll get my booking form off asap.

Quick question...
I am initially booking just for myself.
However if a bit later someone else would like to attend and providing they share my tent will they still be able to register(places permitting) and will there be an extra charge?
Thanks

There will be no extra charge as you will be sharing the same unit. If they are in your party they won't need to register separately. I suggest you put their name on your booking form anyway as it costs nothing extra and will cover all eventualities.

I'm under 18, but I will be going with someone over the age of 18 who isn't my parent/guardian. My parents will be aware of me going though, is this okay?

I'll be 17 at the time of the camp if that makes any difference.

Hi Mooncradle

It's okay as long as the person you are coming with (over 18) signs the booking form.

I should imagine that we may get a sudden influx of interest now that the Pagan Camp article has been published in Pagan Dawn!

At last I got my booking form printed out and filed in. It will be in the post tomorrow.

Just a quick thought, have you organisers considered an 'On-Line' booking form with payment via PayPal.
As many folks use paypal would it not be quicker and simpler for all concerned, even if there was a small amount added to cover the bit PayPal take for themselves.

Hi,
Think Dan is the one to answer this really, but knowing how paypal works at times it could be more trouble than it's worth with the fees they charge.

Take care

We'll definitely think about it for next year. The think about doing it by post though is that it helps ensure that we get everyone's signature to confirm that they have agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of camp.
